Spotlight on Handmade Crafts

Spotlight on Handmade Crafts is a place for Etsians to advertise their products. It is a great way to get more exposure and hopefully more sales. It is not an expensive investment either. It costs $3...for the entire YEAR! The site is in beta, so they are working out kinks. But, I think in the long run it will be a good investment and will be worth every penny, and probably even more, at the end of the day. I suggest everybody applies for an ad space on their website if you have a shop on Etsy. You will not regret it! Here is the link: Spotlight on Handmade Crafts.

Etsy Item of the Week

It is starting to get colder and colder outside, and as I was searching around on Etsy, I came across this lovely scarf by Moonbeam Minky It looks like it would be sooo warm around your neck. The picture makes the scarf look like it is very soft and everybody loves a soft scarf. I hate the kind that make your face itch because the material is so roguh! The scarf is not too expensive either! If you are looking for scarves or blankets to keep your baby warm, this is the shop to visit. Look below to see this beautiful scarf!

Busy, Busy, Busy!

Tomorrow will be the first day of classes for this semester, my last semester. I'm graduating in May WOOT WOOT! So, I will be super busy and unfortunately I do not feel like I will have as much time to post :-(. However, I will post whenever I am free.

Starting my last semester is such a bittersweet feeling. I do not know if I am really ready to go out into the real world on my own. I already have a job lined up with the Federal government, which is definitely a blessing, especially in this economy. I will definitely make a point to be up here at least once a week with my Etsy shop of the week, Etsy item of the week, weekly laugh, treasury features of the week, a DIY guide, and I will start doing a tip of the week instead of day.

Wish me luck on my semester! "See" you soon! :)
